Spotzer Digital & IONOS are finalists at European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2021
IONOS and Spotzer Digital are excited to announce that we’ve reached the finals for the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2021 in the category ‘Best Outsourcing Partner’ for our partnership. Our end-to-end solution for small to medium businesses was launched together a couple of years ago and is a strong collaboration.
The ECCCSA is the foremost body in the industry which commands a high level of credibility. Taking place in November in London, it is the longest-running and largest annual awards program in the customer contact industry whose other finalists include a who’s who of the world’s biggest brands such as LinkedIn, Mastercard, Sodexo, Diageo, and others.
Our partnership started with an initial pilot of a handful of websites for the German market. Since then, we’ve talked to thousands of customers, designed thousands of beautiful websites with great content, delighting customers across several continents.
