Mark is a constant performer. He grew a lot since he joined the company 1,5 years ago and we have no doubt he will be growing even further. He impressed his team and manager by being assertive and calling out things to achieve the best possible results. Mark is hard-working, strong, committed and driven by results. He is supportive and receptive to help those in need.
Katrin is a constant performer, she is proactive, friendly, kind and indispensable! She takes care of the customer in the best possible way, her communication and problem-solving skills are impressive. Katrin is an outstanding team player and each task she completes brings enormous value to the team and the partner.
Yoana has shown an unbelievable level of support to our CMs, she is receptive, determined and always solves an issue at its root. She is precise, diligent, kind and always determined to be helpful. She puts 100% of effort into everything she does.
Louise started with Spotzer as a client manager and had ambitions of one day working in the copy services team. Due to hard work and a little luck, Louise is now working in a full-time capacity as our interim Head of Copy Services for APAC. This was a big jump for Louise, one she has excelled in. Every order we have goes through copy with quality, SLAs and overall management integral in mind. At every turn since taking on the challenge, Louise has achieved all key metrics.

Although Emech joined the company recently, he has already made an unbelievable input. He always has great ideas and he is not afraid to bring them into life. He conquered our hearts with his kindness, talent and brilliant mind. Just over the weekend, he came back with a fantastic, working idea and a prototype for a new system. Well done, Emech!
Eli has played a big role in most of the development projects in Manila that helped to improve efficiencies across the business. Apart from making sure he gets to complete assigned tickets in a timely manner, he helped build the Manila Kit. This is a centralised dashboard that will provide the team easy access to real-time utilisation dashboards, capacity plan, relevant spreadsheets and HR support forms. We are truly grateful for Eli's efforts and expertise.
